Oreo Cinnamon Rolls! (Extra Gooey & No Knead) Ingredients Dough * 1 tsp yeast * 2 tbsp sugar * 350 g lukewarm milk (about 1½ cups) * 500 g flour (about 4 cups + 3 tbsp) * 1 tsp salt * 60 g softened butter (about 4 tbsp) Filling * 100 g softened butter (7 tbsp) * 80 g brown sugar (about ⅓ cup + 1 tbsp, packed) * 1 tsp cinnamon powder * Crushed Oreo cookies (a generous amount) Cream Cheese Frosting * 115 g softened cream cheese * 30 g softened butter * 100 g powdered sugar * 1 tsp vanilla extract Instructions 1. Mix yeast, sugar, and lukewarm milk in a bowl. Add flour, salt, and 60 g softened butter. Mix until sticky, then coil fold a few times. Cover and rest for 20 minutes, fold again, and let rise for 2 hours or until doubled. 2. Roll the dough into a large rectangle, not too thin. Spread 100 g softened butter evenly over the dough. Mix brown sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over the butter, then add a generous amount of crushed Oreo cookies. 3. Roll into a log and cut into 6 large rolls. Place them in a baking pan lined with parchment paper and sprinkled with brown sugar. Gently press each roll down to give them an even shape. Cover and rest for 20 minutes. 4. Spoon a little milk mixed with melted butter over each roll, then bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes. 5. Once baked, cover with a clean kitchen towel and let cool until warm.
