The fact they are taking money from your CQV trust to lend you, disguised as the banks loan, then asking for it back with interest as if they loaned it to you lol.

Sign with a special deposit with instructions and not a general indorsement, just ask them for the FR2046, it states where the money originated from. 👍🤝

There is no longer a mortgage at closing its converted to a trust instrument for the purpose of use in a trust so becomes a trust issue .... your the creditor to that trust
