I think that’s how it will start, and these countries without a stable coin will use XRP as a bridge. Once it is proven to be cheap, efficient, reliable then FI’s all over will adopt freeing up $$$

Swift is not a dinosaur. They are the main developers leading the iso 20022 upgrade, and that upgrade alone will get them up to speed. But remember the bank's own Swift. They're not letting it go anywhere.
