Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: On November 28, 2023, at about 10:05 PM, Barnegat Township police got a call about a car crash on Windward Drive. When they pulled up, they saw a blue 2020 Toyota flipped upside down. It had smashed into a parked 2016 Jeep Compass. One officer approached the Toyota's driver. She turned out to be 22-year-old Alexandra Sepulveda. Right away, Alexandra acted uncooperative. She explained she'd been in court that day. The news crushed her: she lost custody of her son to foster care. Later, she mentioned they were heading home from Wawa. Her boyfriend sat in the passenger seat during the wreck. Patrolman Kristopher Burke showed up soon after. He knew Alexandra from past run-ins. As he talked to her, he smelled alcohol on her breath. He spotted signs of being impaired too. Blood cuts marked her face, so medics came to check her out. She refused a trip to the hospital. Burke then ran field sobriety tests. He began with the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test. Her eyes jerked without smooth tracking. They showed clear shakes at the edge and started jerking before 45 degrees. Next came the Walk and Turn test. She missed heel-to-toe steps. Her turn looked all wrong. For the One Leg Stand, she didn't lift her foot right. She dropped it too soon. The crash, her own words about drinking, and her poor test results led to her arrest for DUI. They called a tow truck to right her car and hold it for 12 hours under John's Law. Once flipped, a quick search found an open Four Loko inside. They also learned her car lacked insurance. Burke took her to the station for booking. There, they read her the standard statement for drivers. She agreed to give breath samples. The Alcotest clocked her at 0.195% blood alcohol—over twice the 0.08% limit. After processing, they let her go to her boyfriend Ramon. He signed the liability warning for her. Citations hit her like this: operating under the influence, reckless driving, careless driving, unregistered vehicle, no insurance. Court files show she got nabbed for a second DWI in Barnegat Township on October 25, 2024. Then came a third in Bordentown Township on February 22, 2025. 1:44 They came

I heard it. 37:02 It’s not fair to me!!! Yeah, that’s the problem…just sooo unfair. If you enjoyed this BodyCamBust video.
