@alexismswan: Blueberry Pie Oats for Menstrual Phase 1 package blueberries 1 cup oats 1.5 cups milk of choice (I used sunflower seed milk for menstrual phase) 1-2 tsp honey 1 tsp vanilla Cream (coconut cream keeps it dairy free) and honey for serving if desired Combine in a saucepan blueberries, oats and milk. Simmer for about 5 mins, smashing the blueberries as they soften. Simmer on low another 5-10 mins until thickened. Serve hot with optional toppings.
