My twin boys spent 3 months in the NICU. I tell people still 9 years later the nurses we had took care of me emotionally as much as they did the boys physically.

I'm just leaving my iron transfusion appt where I also got my chemo and the nurses that work there are absolutely incredible. like they made me look forward to getting chemo every week lol.

My baby had to go back to the Nicu for light therapy and the nurses would call me in the morning day and night 15 min before feeding time so I could come in and feed him we loved our nurses
