You can actually do plasma pen on dark skin you just have to prep for it and the ESTHI has to know what she is doing. Also the post care is a MUST!!!

I am brown skinned and I get this done every couple of years. I am 45 and it has gotten rid of a lot of my dark spots, getting lines around my mouth, had a scar beside my nose. Got rid of it all. So yeah it does work as long as you have a good skin care regime
