@megan_blue211: I don't share much on social media, but I feel strongly about the topic so I wanted to share. I knew something was wrong with my moods and mental (you can tell through my selfies), and finally last year I waved the white flag and said "I need help." I was diagnosed with #bipolardisorder . I have been surrounded by so much support and love, as well as a treatment plan tailored to me. For anyone struggling, please seek help. I promise, from my experience, there are more resources out there than you thought possible. You have to put yourself first. If you can't do for YOU, how can you do for others? It can be hard. Messy. Trying. But it does get better.
