Var use needs to be up to the teams themselves. It will get rid of a lot of this variability. Tennis does it well where a player can challenge a ref call with VAR, and get refunded if they are right

dumfries won position and try to cover the ball. martin kicked his leg and he has fall after 2nd contact, not this one. if thats a foul it is martin's foul on dumfries. and he did not stomp on foot
