To all ladies wearing this waist shaper it really does work, but don’t just wear it without making sure you drink plenty of water eat right and exercise. It’s important to drink plenty of water. Don’t put it on too tight, but just enough and repeat I am a witness it does work. I’m 63 and I’ve been wearing it for at least a year and my waistline look amazing. In fact I have four of them.
