Coffee is ok if you don’t do it on empty stomach. Mix protein with it and it’s easier on women’s body from what I hear. Coffee on empty stomach causes high cortisol levels all day.

I dont drink alcohol anymore. Have begun doing/ targeting stomach exercise for awhile now... i understand i need muscle!! trying to stay away from sugar ( not perfect though!) i do eat healthy fruits ... Really trying to up exercise cardio and weights. So i saw one suggestion... to not drink coffee on empty stomach... oops, have been doing that for awhile!! Will change that!

I use blackseed oil D3+K2 and Pumpkin seed oil it helps with the gut health. Drink lots of water and really try to cut the sugar a little and you will feel so much better! Hope it helps you.

I would say when I cut out all of the sugar except for raw sugar in my coffee it was a game changer. I love coffee too girl!

Carbs and Sugars are our worst enemy 🙄 my 2 fav things.. so I've been last year gradually cutting back... Got a vibration plate off here about 5 months ago and also started fasting 8pm to 11 or push to noon so far I'm down 6 pounds.
