You could see if a Tmobile plan phone works with an esim? I get that moving is wild though, I moved in 2022 and it was crazyyyy. I do highly recommend doing the 88 days asap

I will say t-mobile does have a decent international plan but I do think it may be $70/month? But if you end up doing anything remote or make money through TikTok you can write it off on taxes
