Batasi waktu “galau” Boleh sedih dan mikirin dia, tapi kasih batas. Misal: “oke aku boleh sedih 20 menit habis itu udahan”.  Kalau ditahan terus malah makin susah lepas. 5. Ingat alasan kenapa kamu mau lepas Tulis alasanmu: biar nggak sakit hati lagi, biar fokus ke diri sendiri, karena dia nggak baik buat kamu. Baca lagi tiap kali kangen muncul. 6. Kasih waktu Nggak ada yang namanya instan. Biasanya butuh 1-3 bulan buat rasa itu bener-bener reda, tergantung seberapa dalam. Sabar sama prosesnya. --- Yang paling berat itu 2 minggu pertama.
