@__samcollins: Chicken Parmigiana's (insane) Macros (approx. per piece): - 440 calories - 74g protein - 4g carbs These parm's taste exactly the same if not better than the real thing High protein, low calories and a wayyy healthier option Pair with some veg/salad and you're sorted Ingredients: - 1.5kg chicken breast - olive oil spray - salt, pepper, garlic powder, mixed herbs - marinara of choice - low fat cottage cheese - parmesan cheese Method: - use rolling pin/meat mallet to flatten out chicken breasts for even cooking - spray with olive and apply salt, pepper, garlic powder - into the oven at 220° for 15 minutes - remove from oven - apply the marinara (add mixed herbs for extra flavour), cottage cheese and a solid amount of Parmesan cheese onto the chicken evenly (in that order) - back into the oven for 5-10 minutes on broil to melt the cheese - remove from oven and enjoy Parmi or Parma? #healthylifestyle #cooking #healthfood #highprotein #lowcalorie #food
