The uncomfortable half of this is the first one. You cannot watch yourself play while you are playing — the shots that cost you the match are the ones you have never seen from the outside, and no amount of thinking about it during a point fixes that. What changed it for me was boring: film one match from the back of the court on a phone, and get all six scored back — bandeja, vibora, smash, volley, wall play, serve and return — with the one that is actually leaking points marked. Mine was not the one I would have guessed. Which would you guess is yours?
