This is wonderful! You should try assuming more shades of the same color, or! You could add different colors to create a more realistic vibe. For example, when shading lighter skintones, try adding in bits of purple, orange, and red for a more realistic vibe :3

AMAZING ALREADYYY for the first one I recommend studying the planes of the face and how it affects lighting ; like how the cheek and nose would be different shades / etc etc, you can see this being enunciated in shows like arcane !! (doesn't necessarily have to be like it specifically though)
