@campusmama: Fish fingers Let’s make these crispy fried fish fingers. You can opt to bake or airfry them instead and they’ll turn out just as good. You’ll need; *Fish fillet I got mine from @dannykambutchery *lemons *black pepper *salt *Eggs *Breadcrumbs *Paprika *Oregano (or mixed herbs) *Garlic powder *Onion powder *Beef cubes Cut your fish fillets in to strips you can make them as long or as short as you like but try to make them even in thickness Marinate your fish with lemon juice, black pepper, and salt and set aside for 30 to 45 minutes Season your breadcrumbs with paprika,garlic powder,onion powder, oregano (or mixed herbs), a beef cube. Taste the breadcrumbs and adjust accordingly Coat the fish fingers in flour, then egg and finally breadcrumbs Heat up some oil and fry the fish fingers till golden brown Serve with some tartar sauce.
