I had c2 to l4 about 10 years ago and it’s devastating (my doc said no contact sports) but I was able to dance and do other physical activities! Praying for you❤️

I was told I could never dance again when offered the fusion so we found the ASC technique and was able to go almost back to completely normal! We traveled to New Jersey to see these surgeons!

not spine related, but after my second knee surgery i was told i probably couldn’t tumble again (or at least not much) and one year later my surgeon fully cleared me!! don’t lose hope <3

I had spinal fusion and on,y have 3 infused vertabrae and can do everything in cheer, I’m getting another surgery and will make a full recovery again! Anything is possible ❤️❤️❤️

as someone who had to quit cheer the senior year to have my l5 s1 fused it was the best decision for my health. yes some movement is limited but i’m not in excruciating pain everyday. you got this 🤍

Can they not give you a brace to wear like alll the time except for cheer practice so it pushes your spine more into the correct positions so you don’t have to get as much fused?
