Shakshuka Recipe - Saute half onion diced, diced bell peppers, 3 cloves garlic until fragrant. Add tomato paste and 1 can crushed tomatoes. Season this with cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, and salt. (Didn’t measure but probably used 1/2 tsp each~). Add water little by little until it’s a sauce like consistency. Add eggs into the pan, salt them, and cover with a lid to help cook. Top with chopped parsley and use sour sough toast as a utensil. Enjoy :) - #shakshuka #breakfast #cooking #food
