Hi doctor, i found a new mole under my toe, very dark with like redish spots on it, asymetrical, with weird borders (maybe bc of fingerprints). It appeared after my pregnancy which was 2 years ago, i don’t know if i should get it checked.

i had a freckle in the anus area.now its 1cm and there is another one this size next to it.and a few small dark freckles also around.is it possible all these be melanoma?
