Ppl forget it’s a feedback loop, good looking ppl of course are more confident bc they’ve been validated their whole life from the opposite gender, unattractive people not so much & so are prone to feeling more insecure. While I think confidence can be worked on, I don’t think ppl are choosing to not be confident, they’re simply going based off the reality that they’re not very desired , which ultimately affects confidence

It seems that men who are attractive, and privileged have confidence. While men who were bullied as kids lack confidence. It's almost like the cards are stacked against men with trauma. They know they lack confidence, which induces anxiety, which only further degrades their confidence.
