My version of goodwill here is Opnieuw and Co. Their stores are huge but mostly on Flanders (Mortsel and Duffel stores are the best imo)

The petite riens central store is my go to. It’s their main donation center and they do separate all the designer stuff out and mark it up a bit but it’s not as outrageous as Rue Haute

Kringloopwinkel (i don’t think they have shops in brussels, but like any city or small town in flanders has one) in brussels there is lespetitsriens, but kringloopwinkel is better in my opinion
