That was the work people who weren’t smart enough for college would go out and do. I went to college. Now I do construction. Why? Every single home we build we take anywhere from $150k to $250k in NET PROFIT home. Every single home. I stayed away from drugs and alcohol, and I’d advise the same for anyone else wanting to have a good life, but I would have made a huge mistake if I’d listened to everyone else about construction.
