I've learned how to apply screen protector for years, you should never apply it the way you did. I can tell halfway through, you just peeled off the plastic and paste it down, thus all the bubbles on it. To reduce any dust sticking on it, you need to peel it a few centimeters at a time while pushing the sticky side down. The plastic will attract the dust. But if you peel it too fast, then the dust will just falls right back onto the screen or the protector before you get to paste it

tip for installing a screen protector : do it in a bathroom right after showering/bathing with hot water, the steam won't allow the dust to fly around as freely

addressing the comments, ive had my paper screen protector for 2 years, no scratches and my pencil tip hasn’t worn down at all and i use a lot of pressure when i write. don’t worry :)
