Take brace bars off and heat strip assembly off and fold into a triangle and tape it so much easier to handle by ur self

I feel you bro. I do attic install all the time by myself ! Nothing worse than having to strip the unit and it still don’t fit ! You couldn’t go thru the return you cut ?
