I didnt teach my children conflict resolution bc I avoid it at all costs. ive had to fix myself & help guide them & they are getting there. its definitely a learned ability.

I can relate to this guy. My fear carried over from my upbringing makes me a worse partner, friend and work colleague. He has to do the work to address this internal conditioning
