You know this now, but never eat a round steak as a steak. slice it into stripes for stir fry, fajitas, etc. Get a ribeye

Please never use round as a steak, it’s sacrilegious! 😂 Perfect for slow cook casseroles though 😊 I’m literally trying to think of a worse cut of meat to use & struggling 🤣 I can only think of chuck steak but as an Aussie I’m not sure if u use that in the US 🤔

I started making steak the Gordon Ramsey way in the cast iron and then a salt prep and it’s the best steak ever. For the prep I salt the outside of the steak and let rest open in the fridge. Take out
