Everywhere the anc rules the cities are broken. All you have to do is go there to see it for yourself. Cyril Ramaphosa once said... Only one province and one city working in SA. Cape Town.. Now that said a lot, he admitted it and the anc failures in one sentence.. Go see for yourself. Then vote anc out. You can have better but not under the anc, it will never happen
