I don’t have dentures but if I did I would use toothpaste on them, and use the tabs while in the water bath. That’s how I do with my retainer’s. I get tabs on Amazon super cheap!

I wouldn't use dawn dish liquid dear. it has chemicals in it and can be more harmful to your health. Just thought I'd let u know. Use toothpaste or a cleaner with no chemicals 🥰

Have you ever tried Densure fit it’s a soft liner that you put in yourself and most done have to use adhesive after applying it also lasts up to 3-6 months my friend @andisworld swears by it it’s a great product ❤️
