I used to think I had dandruff come to find out what I have is leave in conditioner problem, no matter what I use my scalp looks like that and when I don’t use leave in my scalp is clean

I had the inflammation very badly. I started off by using Ouai’s detox shampoo. I then moved on to cecred’s clarifying shampoo - lifesaver . I don’t oil my scalp but do weekly wash days.

When I have my braids out and I have my Afro it goes away cause I’m regularly washing my hair with treatment like nizoral but as soon as I get my braids and I don’t wash my hair as much it gets really bad so you have any spray or cream that you would recommend

I had a lot of dandruff but nothing to extreme, I stopped oiling 2 years ago and I just started with nizoral shampoo. My scalp is now so clean and actually grows better without oiling my scalp.
