Hello! thanks for your content, I find it helpful! you recently had a post where you answered to the question about lending 25.000 to a friend, whereas you referred to the court and possibility to win the case, if you don’t mind, could you please clarify, if in this case (lending 25.000 to a friend) the people commited a criminal offence and could potentially face consequences taking the situation on the “courts” level?
