@alexismswan: Red lentil dal 2 tos olive oil 1 red onion chopped I tos garlic cloves 1 tos ginger 1 tsp turmeric 1 tbs gharam masala 3/4 cup red lentils 1 can tomatoes 2 cups brothe 1 small can cooconut milk Sautee onion in olive oil for 5 mins, add garlic and ginger, sautee for 1 more min. Add spices, and if needed add water as I did if too dry. Sautee 1 min, add lentils, tomatoes, broth and coconut milk. Stir well. Let simmer, stiring every so often until lentils start to soften and break down (about 15-20 mins) serve with rice and top with yogurt, avocado, and I used pomegranate seeds because they’re pretty #cyclesyncing #foodismedicine #budgetmeals #ovulatoryphase
