Literally the only reason to water cool a pc is to watercool the gpu as there is the only place you get an actual benefit.

It’s literally just unscrewing several screws to disassembled the gpu. This is just an AIO with extra steps

Water cooling a GPU just seems inconvenient, having to drain the loop every time you'd want to do some maintenance and cleaning the water block. Unless it is a BEEFY card, I don't see the reason to do it.

a CPU gets hotter then a GPU on my laptop the CPU gets to about 90c when gaming and the GPU never goes passed 73c when gaming CPU is a i7 12700h GPU is a rtx3070ti

tbf since 40 series gpu's theres not a lot of performance to gain, yes it clocks a lil higher but 3% more frames aint worth it. ask me how i know. wc'ed my 2080ti and 4090, the 4090 was a waste of $
