Always choose your own weight. They will suggest a certain resistance but if it’s too much, just go lighter. You’ll get the benefits of the workout without bulking

I love forma instead and I just do the abs and for glutes I only do stuff on all fours! Plus a 45 min flat walk:)

Same. I love my own routine. A true mix of 2-3 days weights (5lb-10lb), daily steps, 2 day pilates. It’s fun & sustainable. Some are similar to your workouts! 🤍
