don’t scrub too hard to get that residue off, it’ll end up doing more harm than good, learned that the hard way :( the rubbing alcohol burns on the raw skin eventually and it hurts BAD

They gave you extra stickers?? They just put the monitor on me and told me to keep it on for as long as possible like 2-3 weeks 😅 it fell off within a week lol

Bones :
use baby oil or some other kind of oil to get the glue off and then wash with soap and alcohol wipe because you reapply! works like a charm

im so shocked the box didn’t have adhesive remover wipes, mine had those but my skin was blistering under the diodes so it burned when i wiped it off.
