I fear laser hair removal on my arms has had the biggest impact on my KP😅 expensive but so is the $28 tub of cerave rough n bumpy I was buying once a month to manage it!

in Canada, we have a brand called Reversa - they make a 10% glycolic acid body smoothing lotion and it is such a slay for KP

AmLactin have a 15% “KP bumps be gone”, I use Lanate 17.5% (lactic acid) and it’s SO effective. Along with zinc pyrithione soap by dermatherapy. This combo has annihilated my KP, it’s basically gone

I put the Ordinary Glycolic acid that comes in a huge bottle for super cheap into a little mist bottle and just mist it on! Careful not to breath it though lol
