@allotmentality: I am a sucker for botanical drinks so of course I had to make this lilac lemonade 😎 💜 Here’s the ingredients 💜 1 cup lilac flowers 1 cup sugar 1 cup hot water Half a lemon, sliced Remove lilac florets from the flower bunch, taking care to separate them from the tiny green stalks. Add one cup lilac flowers and half a lemon, sliced, to a jar. In a separate jar mix one cup hot water (just boiler) and one cup sugar. Add the sugary surup to the jad and leave in a cool dark place for 4 days to infuse. Shake or stir daily. Strain the syrup from a muslin cloth.
