I love the Archie comics. They use a lot of the same writers and artists as IDW. And Ian Flynn writes game sonic as Archie sonic. My issue is that the newer fans have an unreasonable hatred-

Sally should have stay with khan and let amy and sonic stay together. Just think how my girl felt when sonic broke her heart and went back to sally. sonic was just using amy to make Sally jealous Sonic did not care for amy's feelings He just used her. It's why I hate archie amy love sonic so much but sonic just use her to make Sally jealous because Sally was with khan. I hate archie sonic so much After that And I never read an archie comic ever again.

Ive never liked sally anyways or the archie comics there was no need for sally since amy was a thing and she can fight and more recognizable and seeing sonic in love just kinda feels weird grant it there was elise but i always felt he was some form of ace which i liked he wants to just be free but there for the people he cares about :)

for me, Sally was really cemented as a character outside of sonic with her interactions w nicole. I think the strength of their love (whether seen as platonic or romantic, I've seen both reads) is very sweet and down to earth

honestly as a kid I loved sonally but I love these issues where they're broken up even more, she was written so well and I was honestly quite disappointed when she broke it off with mk.. I was really invested in their relationship at the time
