There’s a bar they sell at Sephora called soft services buffing bar. That helped me with the pigmentation I was I shock they have a gentle one and an abrasive one. Hope this helps :)

If it helps anyone I went to a derm in Mexico and she told me to use the Eucerin PH5 Soap Bar. It 100% works and I’ve DEF noticed a change however you can only buy the actual soap bar in MX. totally recommend though!!

The only thing that has helped me is dry brushing the back of my arms before showering on a daily basis. I found that all those lotions never work.

I tried exfoliating, oils, cremes, whatever suggestions I kept seeing. One day I decided to try the mega babe aprèse shave hair treatment on my KP. I applied it after I showered, but before my lotion. I let it dry. I used the la roche posay lotion after. I had the KP on my arms and thighs. In a week, my skin was smooth and no sight of the KP. 🥰

Use glycolic acid a day then the next one don’t, when the glycolic acid dries use a 30 % urea creme , then use a hydrating creme on top

I know this sounds wild but I used that medicube red serum ONCE. Then started using head and shoulders shampoo + cleanlogic exfoliating body scrubber. It's been 2 weeks and my arms have returned back to its original color and the KP has flattened SIGNIFICANTLY. I've tried everything for years but this is the first time something worked.

Im doing laser hair removal for that issue and same area and it didn't help so don't bother. I guess we have to live with it

ive been using the cerave kp lotion for about a week now i know I’ll have to use it longer but i can say my skin is smoother but the red dots are still there on my arms and legs

My KP looks the same as yours. I’ve seen a dermatologist for it and everything you’re doing is right. For the color we can’t really do anything about it unfortunately. My dermatologist gave me some steroid cream and it helps with the color and made it less red but it’s only temporary and you can’t use it for long. Good to use for trips or special occasions!

I used acretin 0.05 and eucerin 10% urea moisturizer. The roughness went away but the redness is still there but sooooo much better than before ( 6 months of consistency)

Ladies, check your internal health as well. Sometimes kp is due to imbalances within the body and when you tend and heal some of the imbalances you’ll most likely see such issues like kp and the color go away.

pleaaaase stoppp exfoliating wash with just hand with cerave sa cleanser and use a cream with 10 % in day and wear clothes don't expose in the sun and night cream 30 % urea and stoooooooop exfoliating with that brush u damaged your skinnnnn you can use besides authors cream without prefummee ( my English is beginner) I start this routine and I start seee some small results after it take time like 2months but I want to share it with ( that color because your are hard with it exfoliating) for more information and details ask chat gpt ( I take from it this routine and it so helpful
