Fr tho, Gonna be honest here cause I was terrified the other night, I was tired and as a joke grabbed my BOB and read it, I was delirious from sleep loss and so I did the whole little dream thing about placing it under your pillow and going to bed for “lucid dreaming lessons” then I actually lucid dreamed and had an embarrassing nightmare before realizing it was a dream!
