Creamy Zucchini Pie! Ingredients: 3 potatoes, thinly sliced 🥔 (knife is fine) 1 carrot, grated 🥕 2 zucchini, thinly sliced with a mandoline Mozzarella cheese to taste 🧀 Salt and black pepper to taste Grated parmesan (optional) For the white cream 1 tbsp butter 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 tbsp cornstarch 200 ml milk 200 g milk cream (heavy cream) Salt and black pepper to taste How to make: Prepare the vegetables Slice the potatoes thinly (knife) and the zucchini thinly with a mandoline. Grate the carrot. Make the white cream In a saucepan, melt the butter and sauté the onion until soft and translucent. Add the grated carrot and cook for 1–2 minutes. Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk, then pour into the pan. Stir over medium heat until it starts to thicken. Add the milk cream, salt, and pepper, mix well, and turn off the heat. Assemble the pie: In a baking dish, make layers in this order: Zucchini Potato White cream Mozzarella Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella on top. Bake: Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (390 °F) for about 35–45 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and the top is golden. #creamy #zucchini #pie
