Is anyone actually secure attachment? I’ve yet to meet anyone that’s defined themselves as such, most fall on a spectrum of anxious or avoidant depending on how they describe their relationships. Does anyone actually have such an ease in relationships? Please teach me

I’m secure but I think a lot of secure folks, myself included have to make sure we don’t become a little avoidant in our ability to walk away. Loving anyone takes effort. We just gotta be sure we put in the effort we’re capable of instead of walking away because it’s not easy.
