I didn’t know you could sell a car with finance remaining on it. Also isn’t annual mileage also restricted on pcp

Good info on a PCP but didn’t really answer the question 😂 is a deposit you get back when the cars returned or a down payment? And on a PCP do you have an annual mileage?

What happens if you choose to give the car back but you’re in positive equity? Eg final payment £7.1k, car value £9.5k

At the end of the agreement even if you’re in negative equity you can just return the car without paying the difference can’t you? Negative equity only affects you if you sell the car before the end

In a nutshell you’ll get it back if the cars worth more than the balloon… the difference will hopefully be your deposit! Worked with my first and last PCP.😂

you could have added about Guarenteed Future Value of the car too. not every garage does that but Arnold clarke do I think.
