Cole nahh😂😂I was in the dentist the other day and I got sedated and I begged them to record me (I can’t remember that) and found the video in my phone. It’s hilarious 😂😂 I’m gonna send u it now 😂

I had them, don’t drink coffee unless you use a straw, or eat curry or anything that can stain easy until the night before you have the bands changed, I made the mistake and yellow bands for 2 weeks x

that feeling does pass I had braces when I was 14 and they hurt for the first day I used to get funky colours on mine😂

Oh they’re sore alright! And they’ll start rubbing your inside of lips too so make sure you have the wax. It does pass quite quickly though, thank goodness! But it hurts after each adjustment again 😅

word of experience. avoid spag bol, also take pain relief for first couple days after tightened. its gonna hurt.

Best advice to give is to take painkillers before you get them tightened. It does help

Bonjela, anbesol liquid and paracetamol will be your best friends when they get tightened or if the wires pop out x

Everytime you get them tightened you will feel that pain but it’s all worth it in the end just wear ur retainers I never did and now mine have moved again 😩😩

I had braces when I was 12, worse 3 years! They caused me constant pain. Wires popping out, wire growth cutting my cheeks, tightening pain & they shredded the inside of my mouth! never ever again!

With every orthodontist appointment when they switch your wires, they will hurt for a couple days and then you’ll be good to go again.
