I just don’t see exponential improvement in LLMs, we’re already seeing diminishing returns. If it’s truly exponential improvement it should be 32x better by 2027 than it was released in 2022.

I work in admissions for treatment centers and we are now using an AI bot to answer some calls. It makes a lot of mistakes and ppl hang up a lot. It will never replace us tbh

AI is good but it makes a lot of mistakes. I doubt it will take everyone’s jobs. It will take menial repeating jobs but humans still need to analyze the results it comes up with.

The biggest overhyped topic since housing bubble. The current internet is littered with basic fixes. LinkedIn still uses search keywords to match jobs, pattern recognition is right there. Expedia shows me connecting flight that are more expensive than direct flights from Chicago, it’s irrelevant
