Stripper trick with those plastic shoes— hit it with a hair drier until it gets warm and pliable, put them on, then hit it with the cool setting or just let it cool naturally and the plastic will shrink back molding to your feet. I also pull at the edges where i think the plastic will cut my feet to loosen them up
