Visited it on my 2nd trip to SL and after traveling 10k km in SL, this was def one of the highlights. Wheelchair accessible too which was dope for me.

I was there during sunset and hearing the monks chant while meditating and watching the sky brought me to tears.

After seeing children as monks I asked our guide about it and he said parents give their children to them, I then researched it and was horrified that there is no process for alternative care for children and previously children have been abused. Poor children have no say and as young as six given due to poverty, horrific !
