I've used tinted brow mascaras since 2016 and tried at least 10 diff brands and so far the Peripera skinny brow really works the best at coating every single hair without clumping and lasts all day!

I have dense black eyebrows and this works really well! But I only apply it on the inner parts to make an ombre effect, so my brows are not just straight up black strips.
