Then pay employees more. WFH has allowed ppl to cut the cost of transportation, work attire, daycare, food/takeout. & ultimately they get back hrs in there day to be able to get other priorities done

As a manager I love to see ppl on boths sides of this. Having solid employees that are comfortable ‘just doing the job’ from home allows me to pay them average so that I can pay the outperformers more

Absolutely wrong. At office everyone wants to talk to you about their personal life then there are coffee break and lunch breaks. At home I have deep focus and 8 hour of real work without distrsctions

So my daughter works remote. the flooding took out their home office in Asheville. the fires took out half of the other workers in California. she works in Florida. sometimes it is a good idea.
