Not only that, but if I accept report from an unsafe nurse, I need to protect myself if they get ever called into court. Depositions are scary and best believe I'm going to be lawyered up!

100% I have shown SO MANY newer nurses how to get their own malpractice insurance. the schools are also telling them they don't need it. I had instructors that told me specifically to get my own¹
